Harry Reid International Airport's Concourse D underwent a major transformation which enhanced the passenger experience. This $32.4 million project included modernized gate areas with new podiums, counters, signage, and comfortable seating arrangements. Charging stations, powered by new in-floor electrical service, will keep devices connected. Upgraded flight information displays (FIDS) throughout Terminal 1 and a new paging system in Concourse D and the Rotunda will ensure travelers stay informed. Aesthetically, the project features new terrazzo flooring in key areas and refreshed tile grout in Concourse D. Even the gaming experience was upgraded with new power and data infrastructure for slot machines.
