Provided Services
We act as the Owner’s Advocate and Representative coordinating construction work, aggressively pursuing schedules and maintaining project budgets. Additional services include consulting, LEEDTM construction, pre-construction estimating, scheduling, budgeting, value engineering and constructability review. Taylor International Corp. will also act as the developer’s purchasing agent in the acquisition of all furniture, fixtures and equipment as necessary.

We execute projects through various processes: Design/Build, Design/Assist, Plans & Specs, Time & Material, GMP [Guaranteed Maximum Price], and Direct Negotiation. All methods allow for a complete “turnkey” approach and the flexibility to carry out the most cost-effective, efficient, and on-time project delivery for any client.
