Elevator Union

Taylor’s project management at the IUEC’s new hall consisted of a full remodel of an existing 19,000 sq.ft office space. Taylor partnered with PGAL to provide a design-build delivery from start to finish. Multiple changes occurred during construction, but Taylor was able to meet the Client’s scheduled move-in date. The fit-out work included a new Union meeting room, prep kitchen, six restrooms, four training rooms and multiple office spaces.
